Power trip might not be doing anything new but they do it good and they have a good thing going on here especially if this album is just a beginning of what’s to come. All the members love completely different musical genres. country to black metal and Al Green in between. Not my thing but within it, I really appreciate what they’ re doing.

I think I’ve heard of these guys before - the name sounds familiar but I gave it a listen and I like it! As you said, not doing anything revolutionary, but they are good at what they do!
Edit: Executioner’s Tax - I’ve heard that song a whole bunch. Good stuff!

Love these guys, own nightmare logic on vinyl ! Saw them open for Danzig last year and seeing them with high on fire, devil master and creeping death later this year.

I liked waiting around to die a bunch because they weren’t afraid to infuse something more. And if they’re doing that once in a while, I wonder what comes next. They could really hit it out

They were part of a small metal fest in pontiac michigan last year. Never heard of them until then. Very impressed. went HARD
